PA46 JetProp Battery Capacity Test and Replacement. Both main batteries (RG49, S/N 41330742 and 41330743) were capacity-tested in February 2026 (HP20944 OP0005). Battery #1 initially failed at 82% but passed on second test at 90%. Battery #2 failed first two tests (67%, 73%) but passed third test at 85%. Both batteries are currently serviceable. Warranty replacement has been arranged but has a long lead time — replacement to be scheduled when parts arrive (HP21118 OP5002). Owner has been informed of the test results.
