CompliedLower Cabin Door Frame and Hinge Replacement. The lower cabin door frame at FS 213-850 was found damaged and the lower door hinge was distorted. The frame was removed and replaced with a new frame (P/N 82717-002) and the lower door hinge half was replaced with a new hinge (P/N 82706-006). Pressurisation test performed on the fuselage — no leaks found.

CompliedLower Cabin Door Hinge Seal Retainer Replacement. Exfoliation corrosion was found on the lower cabin door hinge structure on the cabin door side. The seal retainer was found beyond repair and was removed. A replacement was manufactured and installed in accordance with Piper AMM and AC 43.13-1B.

CompliedElevator Cable Tension Adjustment (Critical Task). During the Annual/100-Hour Inspection, elevator cable tension was found low at 14 lbs (target 26 lbs ±5 lbs). This was flagged as a Critical Task. Elevators were locked in neutral and cable tensions adjusted to target in accordance with AMM chapter 27-00-00 and 27-10-00. Final tensions: Lower 26 lbs, Upper 24 lbs. Range of movement verified: Trailing edge up 23.7° (target 23.5° ±0.5°), Elevator down 14.3° (target 14.5° ±0.5°). All within limits.

CompliedPropeller Blade #2 De-Ice Harness Replacement. The No.2 propeller blade de-ice boot harness was found damaged during the Annual Inspection. The harness was replaced in accordance with DLX Manual S60 1001, Piper AMM chapter 30-61-80, Hartzell Manual 140 Rev 33, Hartzell Manual 180 Rev 47, and Hartzell SB HC-5B-30-366 Rev 3. New harness P/N: SMR2369-4 (Batch 2512/0079). Harness routing and security checked and found satisfactory.

CompliedMain and Nose Landing Gear Wheel Bearing Replacement. During the Annual Inspection, the R/H MLG inboard wheel bearings were found overheated and the NLG wheel bearings were found corroded. All bearings were replaced with new parts in accordance with Piper AMM chapter 32-40-00 and Cleveland CMM. Parts: R/H MLG bearings P/N 13836-20629 and 13889-20629; NLG bearings P/N 08125-20629 and 08231-20629.

RepeatPA46 JetProp Battery Capacity Test and Replacement. Both main batteries (RG49, S/N 41330742 and 41330743) were capacity-tested in February 2026 (HP20944 OP0005). Battery #1 initially failed at 82% but passed on second test at 90%. Battery #2 failed first two tests (67%, 73%) but passed third test at 85%. Both batteries are currently serviceable. Warranty replacement has been arranged but has a long lead time — replacement to be scheduled when parts arrive (HP21118 OP5002). Owner has been informed of the test results.
